1. Go to our catalogue and select the items you are interested in.

2. Put the required quantity in the box by size and colour, then click on the add to cart button.

3. The next step is to check your cart and click on continue.

4. Enter your billing and delivery addresses and click on continue.

5. Choose Pay with Credit Card or Pay by Internet Banking

6. If you chose Pay by Internet Banking, then you will receive a confirmation email from us and you just follow your normal payment procedure with your bank.

If you chose Pay with Credit Card, you will be directed to our Secure Payment Express (Opens in a new window) payment gateway, and after successfully completing your payment you will be brought back to your confirmation page.

7. Once we have received confirmation of your payment, your order will be completed and dispatched to your delivery address.

1. Quote:

Go to our catalogue and select the items you are interested in. (Or just go straight to request a quote.)

Put the required quantity in the box by size and colour, then click on the add to quote button.

Then just complete the request a quote form and click submit.

2. Order – You confirm your order by specifying the garment style/colour/sizes & printing or embroidery required.

3. Invoice – We email you an invoice.  Please check all of the details on the invoice carefully including delivery address.

4. Payment – On the bottom of our invoice you will find our bank details for direct deposit.  Once payment has been confirmed we will commence your order.  Let us know if you wish to pay by credit card and we will send you a secure link by email.

5. Artwork – You may need to send us a file of your artwork.   Please send all artwork in vector format as an eps, cdr, ai or pdf.  If you do not have your artwork available in this format a high resolution bmp or jpg file may be ok.

6. Proof – Before we proceed with any branding we will email you a proof for approval.

7. Once you have approved the proof, your order will be completed and dispatched to your delivery address.
