Transfer Printed Logos

Transfer printed logos is a style of printing where the logo is created and then transferred onto garments or other products using heat applied pressure.

Four main types:

  1. Digitally Cut Vinyl
  2. Digital Prints
  3. Supacolour Prints
  4. Screen Printed Transfers

Digitally Cut Vinyl

Digitally cut vinyl transfer is where plain one colour vinyl is cut to desired shape and transferred onto garments using heat applied pressure.

It’s ideal for simple graphics, text based logos or basic shapes.

  • Fast turn around
  • Good for small to medium runs
  • Mostly used for teams that have player numbers and/or player names

Vinyl transfer for designs with 1 colour are most popularly used for customised names on sport jerseys, promotional merchandise and employee uniforms.

Supacolour Prints

Supacolour prints are where an image is printed onto a carrier film, then the adhesive is printed just onto where the print lies.  The logo is then transferred onto garments using heat applied pressure.

Supacolour is long lasting and versatile.  Great colour and detailed logos.

Long lasting and versatile just the same as a screen print.  Great colour and detailed logos.
