This is really entirely up to you depending on the type of garment you need and the colour combo required. Generally garments that have a component of polyester or elastane tend to hold their colour and shape better than 100% cotton garments. This can be very important for the image of your brand. High tech sports fabrics (eg. DriGear, BizCool, Climacool, KoolDri etc) are great for sports use or for a smart casual uniform.
